4th Wavers is a short documentary about the fourth wave of feminism that began in 2008 and has led up to the #MeToo movement. The documentary looks at perspectives from various Toronto-based feminist artists and social media, through a compilation of viral hashtags and commentary from Twitter and Instagram users. 4th Wavers looks at feminist art as a tool for change and to challenge the current views of feminism and social patriarchy.
